Terms of Use

Last updated: 5 October 2026

By using www.all.news ("all.news", "we") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. The service

all.news shows headlines and links collected automatically from publishers' public RSS feeds and news sitemaps. The service is free, financed by advertising, and provided as it is. We may change, interrupt or stop it, or add and remove sources, at any time.

2. Third-party content

Headlines, article texts, names and logos belong to their publishers. We display headlines only to link to the original article; all.news does not host the articles. The publishers alone are responsible for their content, and inclusion of an outlet is no endorsement of its views.

3. No warranty

Headlines are collected by software and may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate or wrongly labelled (for example by country or language). We give no warranty that the site is accurate, complete or always available. Nothing on all.news is financial, legal or other professional advice.

4. Links to other websites

Links lead to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. If you believe a linked page is unlawful, please tell us and we will remove the link.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use all.news in a way that harms the site or others, for example by overloading it with automated requests, circumventing technical protections, or reselling or mirroring its pages wholesale without permission. Normal personal use, linking and sharing are welcome.

6. Our own content

The design, code and compilation of all.news are protected. You may not copy them except as the law allows.

7. Advertising

The site shows ads served by Google. Ads are not endorsements by all.news. See the privacy policy and cookie policy for how ads use data.

8. Publishers

Publishers can ask us to correct how their outlet is shown or to remove it; see for publishers.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for damages arising from the use of all.news or of linked websites. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies. These terms are governed by Swiss law. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
